Senator Lincoln requested that the reconsideration on SENATE                                        
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 8 be taken up. The resolution was before                                       
the Senate on reconsideration.                                                                      
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE JOINT                                                
RESOLUTION NO. 8 Relating to the division of the Ninth Circuit                                      
Court of Appeals, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
